THE VIBE
We believe in clean fits and clean processes. Our returns policy is designed to be as smooth as our premium streetwear collections. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Most items in mint condition with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged, including:
- Button Up Shirts
- Hoodies
- Jeans
- Sweatpants
- Outerwear
WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED
To keep our streetwear game strong and protect our crew, we can’t accept returns on:
- Puffer Jackets – Due to their specialized construction and materials
- Final Sale Items – These are marked clearly at purchase
- Items without original tags or in worn condition
- Personalized or custom pieces
THE RETURN PROCESS
Getting your return or exchange sorted is simple:
- Hit Us Up – Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Fill Out the Template – Use our simple template below to make it quick
- Get Your Label – We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label
- Ship It Back – Package your items securely and drop at any DHL or FedEx location
- Get Sorted – Once we receive your return, we’ll process within 3-5 business days

Once we receive and process your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal (refunded accordingly)
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the return shipping.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Since we ship worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label – just drop your return at any DHL, FedEx, or EMS location depending on your original shipping method.
